Weekly service: Owner away service includes two visits for 30-45 min per visit at various times between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
A careful inspection of your home and grounds. Includes (but not limited to):
Mail collection/clearance
Rubbish and Recycle bins in/out
Ensuring electricity/water/gas services are unaffected by weather or other
Ensuring gates/doors/windows are secure and security has not been breached or damage to property
Ensuring trades have completed planned work (pool cleaner, gardener, cleaner, ect)
Ensuring alarm system is armed
Checking for pests/vermin/infestation of any kind
Ensuring perimeter is clean and tidy and all exterior gates/fences are secure
Upon each inspection, a report will be emailed to you for your peace of mind. Any issues or incidents will be highlighted, and photos maybe taken with your approval of each inspection.
We can handle any additional requests within reason.
