Vanessa grew up in Sydney and Melbourne and worked in the fashion industry for 9 years in production management, before studying interior design. She’s run her own regatta sail bag business and has over 5 years in events and fundraising for a not-for-profit mental health charity.

Vanessa has super yacht hostess experience and has renovated and managed a number of local and overseas properties

Richard Marshall

Richard grew up on the northern beaches, in an entrepreneurial family. He and his wife Lucy, owned and operated a consulting firm for 25 years and concurrently co-developed (also over 25 yrs) a 7 acre garden tourism development on the NSW South Coast, called Merribee.

As an artist, yachtsman and car collector, Richard has broad experience looking after high-end lifestyle assets and land holdings.
