This service includes (but is not limited to):
Overseeing your regular contractors scheduled maintenance work
Meet trades onsite to provide access to home/boat
Reviewing your contractors and offering recommendations for additional trades/services
Upon inspection, a report will be emailed to you for your piece of mind. Any issues or incidents will be highlighted, and photos maybe taken with your approval of our inspection. In addition, we can support you to locate trades for specific work required.
