A one-off service that allows you to arrive/depart your property knowing its ready for you and your guests.
With a few days’ notice and within a day or so of departure, we can have your property provisioned, aired and fully prepared for your enjoyment and then closed up for your next visit.

Sourcing and delivery of food, wine, homewares, flowers
Collection of dry cleaning, housekeeping items and general shopping
Removal of covers from exterior furniture
Ensuring gas bottles for outdoor cooking are full
Ensuring ice in the freezer
Blinds and curtains opened
Rooms aired and sprayed with air freshner
All electrical items in working order (including light bulbs, AC/fans, remote controls)
Cleaning services completed by external cleaner
Checking garden and exterior areas including pool are clear of debris
Services on departure
Ensure property is secure (check all windows, doors, gates, fences)
Ensure alarm is armed
Close blinds and curtains
Cover/store outdoor furniture
Remove rubbish
