Initial Consultation: Home owner discusses required needs, expectations, duration and type of service.

Customised Plan: Based on home owners requirements, Confidential Caretakers will develop a customised plan. The plan will include frequency, scope of service and cost estimate for the duration.

Regular inspections: Confidential Caretakers can develop a plan for regular inspections on your (second) property or moored away from home water craft. We recommend weekly visits.

Documentation/record of visit: After each inspection, Confidential Caretakers will email a report outlining the findings, any suggested action or recommend a resolution for any issues. We may take photos with your permissions to highlight areas of concern.

Emergency Contacts: In the event of a security breach, Confidential Caretakers will inform the home owner immediately and at the same time contact one of the emergency contacts to best resolve the situation. Together a plan will be formulated to satisfy both parties.

Contract and payment: This will be discussed and finalised prior to service commencing and signed by both parties.
